Mounties say This applies specifically to travellers from outside Yukon who are in violation of current COVID travel regulations and restrictions.
Thru a news release they say:
"Officers will be visible throughout Yukon enforcing these rules, especially in the downtown cores."
Police will be monitoring for vehicles from outside of Yukon, B.C., N.W.T. and Nunavut who do not have a Yukon Visitor sticker.
Anyone in direct violation of the order, found here, may be subject to a $500 fine under the Summary Convictions Act.
Yukon RCMP is asking that Yukoners continue to contact YG if they would like to report potential CEMA infractions.
