The Human Rights Board of Adjudicators will hear sexual harassment complaint against Charles Eikland. Eikland denies the allegations.
The Yukon Human Right Board of Adjudicators is holding a hearing next week to hear a sexual assault complaint.
Peter Budge claims that while he was working for the Talbot Arm Motel in Destruction Bay, owner Charles Eikland sexually harassed him by repeatedly pulling down his pants.
Budge further alleges that co-owners Eikland and Suzanne Tremblay did nothing to stop the harassment and thus is also responsible.
Budges complaint was filed to the Human Rights Commission in July 2015.
Eikland and Tremblay, are denying all allegations and have applied to adjourn the hearing. The hearing will commence Monday morning at the Gold Rush Inn in Whitehorse.
